The homeowner associations for our condo building and of our loft building in Boulder have used the NonStopNeighbors Neighborhood website as our associations’ home page for over two years and we are very satisfied.  I am both a resident and also the administrator for both of the websites.  In fact, we are so satisfied that we plan to sign up for a third Neighborhood website later this spring in anticipation of the last condo building in our complex coming on-line after construction is completed.  Neighborhood is very rich in function.  In fact, we don’t come close to using all of its functions. 

We do, though, especially like the document section, because it allows our Property Management organization to initially load and update all CC&R’s, Bylaws, Board Meeting Minutes, Insurance Documents etc. in a timely fashion.  That way, all residents have immediate access to these documents as they need them.  Also, I find the administrator functions to be very easy to work with.  We would highly recommend NonStopNeighbors for any homeowner association.
